What are the opening hours at Ajax Stadium?
The Arena Tour is a visit I recommend you make. To get there, you'll need to be on site:
- From September 1ᵉʳ to June 30 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- July, August and school vacations from 10.30 a.m.a tour starts every 20 minutes until 4:50 p.m.
How much do tickets cost to visit the Ajax stadium?
Tickets for the Amsterdam ArenA tour can be be purchased at the main entrance or online. I recommend that you pre-order your tickets, as online tickets are cheaper.
This will save you €2 per adult ticket and €1.50 per child ticket. Bear in mind that on public holidays, waiting times can be even longer. The tours start every two hours.
Check the opening hours for the latest departure times. Finally, you don't need to print out your ticket. Simply present it at the ticket office on any mobile device.
Regular counter visits cost :
- 16,50 € for adults
- 11 € for children aged 5 to 12
How do I get to the Ajax stadium in Amsterdam?
The ArenA is located in the south-east of Amsterdam, on the outskirts of the city. Nevertheless, it's easy to get to from Amsterdam. Depending on your point of departure, there are many types of transport available.
You can travel by bus, metro or train.
From Amsterdam Central Station, you can take :
- Metro 53, direction Gaasperplas, stop at Van der Maandeweg metro station
- Metro 54, towards Gein stop at Bijlmer ArenA metro station
- Sprinter (train), directly to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station
For all other departure points, I recommend using your smartphone. You'll be able to follow your GPS and find the route you need in no time.
