An express shuttle runs between the airport and the center of the Dutch capital. This is the line 397 managed by Connexxion, which will take you to several of Amsterdam's main districts and places of interest, such as Museumplein, Leidseplein or Rijksmuseum.

Return tickets cost 11.75 euros and can be purchased online or directly from the driver. You'll reach the city in about 30 minuteswith departures every 10/15 minutes.

Other buses depart from Amsterdam airport, including lines 370 and 197 of the company Interliner during the day. And lines 97 and 358 from the Niteliner company, which operate between 0.30 a.m. and 5 a.m.

Use the car to travel from the airport to the city center

You can also rent a car to Amsterdam airport for tourism in and around the city. You'll find the main rental agencies, and you'll usually need to book well in advance to ensure availability on arrival.
