Since 1973, The Pancakes Bakery has been delighting Amsterdam foodies, who flock there to enjoy giant, tasty pancakes. Not only are these pancakes bigger than you'll find anywhere else, they're also very tasty.
The menu is gigantic, with unsuspected combinations of ingredients, and young and old alike should find something to their liking on this giant menu.

It's a busy place, but well worth the wait, not only for the good food, but also for the unique atmosphere. You'll be eating in a 1539 building, with architecture typical of 16th-century town houses.
