Founded in 1650This bar is one of Amsterdam's oldest, and offers an exceptional setting for lovers of beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy delicious seasonal beers and a wide variety of Dutch gin, surrounded by vintage barrels.

For almost 15 years, this cocktail bar is a popular spot for after-work drinks with colleagues, as well as for cocktail-lovers in their thirties. The place offers refined service, with a wide selection of beer, wine and spirits of all kinds.
This is one of smaller bars of the capital, in terms of surface area, and its atmosphere is therefore very intimate. If you're looking to sip a drink away from the hustle and bustle as you wander the Jordaan districtdon't hesitate.
For the record, the establishment takes its name from the Jame's bond girl Vesper, Agent 007's first great love!

Café Brech, with its vintage style and atypical decor, is a must-see a true Berlin salon in the heart of Amsterdam. A unique bar, just a few steps from the Rijksmuseumrun by two proud Germans.
Here, you can enjoy typical drinks from across the Rhine (including German Coke!) and meet a clientele of young and openwho like to socialize. Prices are low, hot chocolate replaces beer in the early afternoon, and the mulled wine is excellent!

I know that among you there are some Rooftop enthusiastsThe terraces overlooking the city are perfect for aperitifs and photo opportunities. If Amsterdam isn't a city of tall buildings (with the exception of the A'Dam Lookout with its panoramic view), Floor 17 is one of the best bars of its kind in the city.
It is located in the western part of Amsterdam (see my interactive map), and offers an unobstructed view of the capital. Drinks and nibbles are available, albeit at high prices. Like all rooftops, you pay for the view!
In the evening, when the sun goes down, it's superb!

Some places are unforgettable, and Cafe Hill Street Blues is one of them. This unusual bar in Amsterdam is covered in graffiti from floor to ceiling and its furniture destroy will delight underground fans.
A quirky establishment downtownon the banks of the canal. It's possible to smoke weed there (but it's not a coffeshop), prices are mini and the experience will leave you with unforgettable memories.
