Christmas market in Amsterdam: Ice*Village
Amsterdam's Ice*Village is the Netherlands' most special Christmas village. It's located on Museumplein next to the Ice Amsterdam ice rink.
The special Christmas village has a unique atmosphere and a beautiful ice rink where young and old can enjoy the wonderful Dutch winter atmosphere.
Around the ice rink, there are numerous Christmas stalls where you can buy the most beautiful items, a hot chocolate and, of course, a plate of traditional Dutch "poffertjes"!

RAI Christmas Market
One of Amsterdam's biggest winter events is the Amsterdam Winter Paradise, held at the Amsterdam RAI for several weeks.
During the event, there's plenty to do during the day and in the evening. You can skate on a large indoor and outdoor skating rink, but cross-country skiing is also possible.
Of course, you'll also see many artists performing. The Ferris wheel provides an excellent overview of all the activities at this Christmas market from above.
Although Christmas stalls are also present, Amsterdam Winter Paradise focuses more on activities, snacks and drinks than shopping.
To enter and take part in the event, you'll need an individual rate of €24.50.

Christmas market in Amsterdam: The Funky Xmas Market
Sunday markets are well-known events in Amsterdam, and the Funky Christmas Market is back in December. If you're looking for original Christmas gifts you want to do it in a funky atmosphere?
Then head to the Funky Xmas Market at Amsterdam's Westergasterrein, where you can enjoy delicious Christmas snacks and find gifts to please your family, enjoy live music, mulled wine and, of course, hot chocolate!

Pure Markt Winter Market Edition
On the site of Amsterdam's former municipal nursery, you'll find Frankendael Park, the city's largest and most important ecological park.
The historic gardens surrounding the Frankendael country estate have been restored to their former glory and Huize Frankendael now houses the Merkelbach restaurant.
Large lawns and the Slingerpad make this the perfect location for the Pure Markt. During the market, the stalls along the cobbled path are under the spotlights. the watchful eye of Mr. and Mrs. Stork in their nest.
In the picnic areas, you can enjoy a snack and a drink from one of the stands on site.
For children, there are several playgrounds and other activities. In the former greenhouse complex, you'll also find Kas' restaurant and part of their nursery.
