A few recent testimonials:
First of all, a big thank you to Thibaut for creating the "bonjour....." blogs, full of treasures and very useful and superb information! For us, the tour of Amsterdam was done with Cristina, adorable, passionate, a good listener, all smiles and a touch of humor, what more could you ask for? Cristina showed us places we'd never have found on our own, a tour full of surprises, varied as she told us the history of Amsterdam while also showing us the best addresses for gardens, little cafés etc etc. We were lucky enough to be able to finish the day after the tour with Cristina over a drink on a terrace, so well did we get on, truly an incredible day, Thank you Cristina, and thank you Thibaut for making it all accessible! Thanks again, we'll be coming back to you for our next trips!
Jessica and Romain
What a great experience and visit with Romane. A wonderful person, just to mention it to you, and she fulfilled all our expectations, she knew how to illuminate Amsterdam according to our needs. Thank you 👍😃
Marc
RAPHAEL is much more than a guide, he's atypical and endearing, he breathes Amsterdam and knows every little corner of it that's worthy of interest, sometimes unfamiliar, off the beaten track! He immediately puts you at ease, and HUMANITY is at the heart of this seamless tourist and cultural exchange. We had the impression of meeting up with a friend, whose general and tourist culture exchanged in French was a pure moment of pleasure shared by the group! Thank you and respect RAPHAEL. You're at the TOP 🙂 We'll be back...

Hello, we're back from Amsterdam with a secure connection
We visited Amsterdam with Cristina on 07/07/2021 and it was a fabulous experience. She took into account our difficulties in getting around and showed us unusual places in Amsterdam at our own pace. We shared a fresh fruit juice in the backyard of a grocery store, a terrace unsuspected from the street! Very knowledgeable about the city's history, she showed us the religious and secular sites, always with a touch of humor! She gave us a wealth of information about the region, which we were able to enjoy in our own vehicle on the following days. Valuable advice on gastronomy enabled us to enjoy small, intimate restaurants and the fish market.
In short, she was a smiling, enthusiastic guide who delighted us during our stay in Amsterdam.
Thanks again Cristina!Anne and Laure
Many thanks to Hugo for his personalized guided tour of Amsterdam. It was great fun, as he took us to places we wouldn't have visited on our own, while giving us lots of little facts and anecdotes!
Everything is perfectly organized before the trip to find out what we want and a few days before to let us know where we'll be meeting.
Well done!Sylvie and Jean-Jacques
I'd like to thank Cristina for her tour of Amsterdam, and for her excellent introduction to the way Amsterdamers live, the neighborhoods that are on the way up, the city's projects, and the history and uniqueness of this population with its strong character.
Cristina knows each area inside out and is able to give a very educational description of it.
Many thanks, and for visiting hidden patios!Lowran
If you'd like to visit Amsterdam on foot, at your own pace and off the beaten track, in a package tailored to your individual needs, then "Bonjour Amsterdam" is for you - and it's a real treat!
Last Tuesday, February 13, braving the bad weather, we spent the whole morning on a remarkable tour, led by Raphaël, on a route perfectly adapted to our wishes, both in terms of the theme and our physical capabilities: truly tailor-made!
Raphaël made himself perfectly accessible to us, and very quickly won us over to his love of this beautiful city. He was quick to share his knowledge of different aspects of the city (origins, architecture, society, etc.), and it was a moment of great complicity, as if we'd known each other for a long time. It was enough to make our mouths water and inspire us to go further on our own.
We were lucky enough to bump into him again in the afternoon, well after the end of our morning guided tour, and had the pleasure of meeting one of the friends he'd told us about, who also shares a love of this city and its origins, and we chatted some more.
A big thank you to you Raphaël, I almost feel like saying "to you", so much the current passed well between us.
Until another time perhaps, as I think we'll be back to enjoy Amsterdam under better weather conditions ... and I hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again.Michel D.
A wonderful afternoon spent with Raphaël. You made us discover unsuspected corners and share your passion for this magnificent city, its history, its inhabitants and many anecdotes. We're going to follow the advice you left us for the rest of our stay! We'll certainly be back, as your advice was so abundant and made us want to discover more than time would allow.
A very nice visit with Raphaël! Many thanks to you.Delphine and Thierry
Thanks to Cristina, we discovered the city of Amsterdam. And for three hours we not only benefited from her knowledge and culture, but also shared and exchanged with Cristina about the history of the Netherlands, her love for her city, her country and her roots. The visit was rounded off with sound advice on the rest of our stay, restaurants, etc. etc.
We had an enriching experience with a really nice guide...!
Obrigado Cristina!Guillaume and Sophie
Top-notch guided tour, Raphaël is a very nice guide, passionate and a wellspring of knowledge.
An essential visit to discover both the tourist Amsterdam and the "hidden" Amsterdam.DIONNET delphine
Thanks to Cristina for showing us around her city, which she knows so well. Without her, we would have missed out on so much.

We are delighted and had a great time We recommend Bonjour Amsterdam

I highly recommend this walk through Amsterdam. We discover a city with a fascinating history, with its past and present treasures, its panoramas and its more intimate places. Raphaël guides us, tells us and shares with us the secrets of a people he loves so much. Bravo and thank you!
Sophie
Thanks to Raphael for the visit, if we can call it that.
Of all the visits I've made on my many travels, this was by far the richest, both in terms of culture and human exchange. Raphael is an all-round person who will quickly put you at ease. He's a man of knowledge, but far from academic.
We were going to do Lisbon during our stay, but he gave us so many addresses and tips for the rest of the trip that we ended up staying in Amsterdam and did well.
Thanks again for the day we spent together, and for the lovely photos you took and were kind enough to send us.monica eusebio
Raphaël showed us around Amsterdam in a very lively and enriching way!
As a lover of Amsterdam, he'll take you on a tour of the city's must-see and most hidden spots. He knows everything about Amsterdam, its history and stories. He was very attentive to our expectations and tailor-made the tour to what we liked! Without him, we definitely wouldn't have seen Amsterdam the same way!
Raphaël is much more than a guide: genuine and endearing, in just a few hours he's become a friend with whom we love to chat about so many different subjects. His general knowledge is off the charts! We could have talked to him for hours and hours, he's so fascinating...
A big THANK YOU to Raphaël for the wonderful time we had; meeting him was undoubtedly one of the finest moments of our stay! Now that he's made us love Amsterdam, we can't wait to go back (and see him again...!).
Bonne continuation Raphaël, BRAVO and respect for the person you are!
Visit really to recommend!!!François & Mélanie
We've just left Raphaël, and we're already missing all his wit and knowledge. This unusual tour of Amsterdam, where he adapts to our requests, is a real moment of sharing.

With a little delay, we'd like to thank you, Raphael, for this beautiful June afternoon through Amsterdam. Two words to sum it up: exchange and conviviality.
More than just a tourist spot, you helped us discover the soul of the city, and share your love of the Netherlands and the Dutch. A great success.Françoise and Jacques
As well as being charming, Raphael adapts to you, your pace and your tastes to tailor a visit to Amsterdam. The tour is not touristy, but a living Amsterdam, between yesterday and today. Raphael is very helpful. In a relaxed way, he shares his knowledge with us, taking us off the beaten track. With him, you discover the authenticity of the city, and you never see the time go by.
Cécile and Sylvie
Martine and Jean-Marie thank Hugo for his knowledge of Amsterdam. We spent a pleasant moment of conviviality and exchange and visited places we probably wouldn't have seen on our own.
BOIDÉ
Raphaël, in 1 word waouhhhh !!!! We couldn't have wished for anything better - he's perfect! Much more than a guide, Raphaël gave us a fantastic afternoon full of human interaction, culture and laughter. He'll be the 1st person we'll contact again on our next trip to Amsterdam. Just like Thibaut in Lisbon... Thank you, thank you to your site. I recommend ++++++

We had the immense pleasure of visiting Amsterdam with a true lover of the city: our guide Raphaël. He knew how to adapt to us and our 2 children, helping us discover historical Amsterdam, cultural Amsterdam, gastronomic Amsterdam and artistic Amsterdam. He showed us unusual places that we wouldn't have been able to enter on our own, but which simply enchanted us.
Many thanks to you Raphaël. And to quote my daughter after the visit: "I think I'm a little in love with this city!Flore, David, Louise and Tess
A very pleasant visit with Hugo, who is very knowledgeable about the history of the city and has anecdotes for each place we visited. Thanks to him, we were able to discover small, tourist-free streets and stroll around the city at our leisure. Thanks again, Hugo!
Catherine, Philippe and Romane
One word to sum up the visit with Raphaël: TOP!
Raphaël is much more than just a guide: he shares his passion for the city of Amsterdam by telling us anecdotes and showing us unusual places, all in a spirit of sharing, good humor and conviviality.

Just one word: "Thank you!
Yes, thank you Raphaël (and Hugo!) for this visit, despite the terrible weather! We were soon on first-name terms, giving way to an almost friendly rapport...
an atypical discovery of Amsterdam that we highly recommend!
To do again under the sun!!!
What more can I say except go for it!!!!Gerald and Michel
Thanks to Raphaël for this very enjoyable tour of Amsterdam. This Frenchman, in love with the city, will show you places that only you could find. This passionate man will show you beautiful stones, gardens on the city's slopes, little streets in historic districts that have retained their charm, and all at your own pace, given the "few" steps you have to climb.
Thank you for introducing us to the works of graphic designers on the city walls, to the little artists' galleries and curiosity stores.you're an artist in your own way, don't change a thing, authenticity is what people like.Claudine and Jean Pierre Caron
We discovered this wonderful city thanks to Raphaël. The tour was carried out in good spirits, adapted to our wishes, and enabled us to discover Amsterdam and its culture off the beaten track.
Raphaël, you're hoping to make visitors want to come back, and we've already done that.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who really wants to discover Amsterdam.
Mouchel Valérie
Many thanks to Christina for this inspiring 3-hour visit, improvised as if with a friend. That's the whole point of this kind of walk: it's a light-hearted stroll, far removed from the obligatory routes, far removed from the recited academic history courses, with someone who knows her city from the inside, who loves it and who knows how to draw our attention to what makes its soul today.
It was great. Perfectly suited to our expectations. We got to see the city from below, at people level (and sometimes even cat level 😉 )...
Christina gave us all the keys we needed to continue on our own, like grown-ups, whether it was choosing a museum or settling into a typical restaurant.
We recommend...Joëlle and Bernard
