Shelter City has a total of 168 comfortable beds divided into several dormitories. These include:
- Single beds
- Clean, comfortable linens
- A bed lamp
For added comfort and privacy, there are separate dormitories for men and women. Each is divided into sections containing four to eight beds.
Finally, dormitories do not have bathrooms. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Of course, these are gendered to avoid any confusion.
A few rules to follow during your stay
To ensure everyone's well-being, you'll need to follow certain rules on the premises. The café and dormitories are non-smoking areas. No recreational weed may not be consumed on the premises.
However, cigarette smoking is permitted in a designated area of the hostel and in the courtyard. To make your stay easier, the hostel is open all night! So you'll find a receptionist on hand at all times of the day.

The best way to find the hostel is to search Nieuwmarkt. From this popular market, you'll find the hostel on one of the side streets leading to the square.
The hotel is located in the oldest part of Amsterdam. This means it's right in the middle of Amsterdam's nightlife. It is the perfect place to party.
