The interior of the building is covered with famous paintings, which move rhythmically thanks to subtle plays of light and color.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>a different way<\/strong> to see the masterpieces of various artists, in the impressive building that houses this factory of lights. It's an industrial building known as the <strong>Westergasfabriek<\/strong>built in 1885, whose architecture has been preserved.<\/p>\n<p>You'll see it by its red brick fa\u00e7ade and its <strong>17-metre high ceiling<\/strong>. A dimension that lends scale to the works on display, which are projected onto these immense walls thanks to more than <strong>100 video projectors<\/strong>\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>over 3,800 m<sup>2<\/sup> exhibition<\/strong> (including floors and walls), there's plenty of space to enjoy and immerse yourself in what can only be considered a true art show! Even if you've already visited the city and this museum, you'll be able to come back and discover new things.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, two artists were given pride of place: Gustave Klimt and Hundertwasser :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The exhibition dedicated to <strong>Klimt<\/strong> takes visitors on a journey through 19th-century Vienna, with portraits, nudes and landscapes painted by the artist or those inspired by him. Among the wonders on display are <em>The Kiss<\/em> by Klimt, to be admired in a new light<\/li>\n<li>The other exhibition is devoted to the Viennese painter (and architect) <strong>Friedensreich Hundertwasser<\/strong>.
