Its initial use was for streetcar storage, repairs and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Over time, however, the building has been neglected and discussions have arisen as to its suitability for <strong>demolition<\/strong>. The walk will seem very short because of the many tourist attractions and pretty canals that line the entire route!<\/p>\n<p><strong>By streetcar :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Line 17 from Central Station to Osdorp Dijkgraafplein - exit at ten Katestraat. FoodHallen is just around the corner.<\/li>\n<li>Line 19 from Amsterdam Sloterdijk station to Diemen - exit at Willem de Zwijgerlaan.
