This is a long-term parking lot, with a free shuttle service. The shuttle runs every ten minutes throughout the day to take you to the passenger terminal.<\/p>\n<p>Note that you can stop briefly at the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjouramsterdam.fr\/en\/bus-amsterdam\/\">bus<\/a> located at the entrance to the parking lot to unload your luggage before parking your car.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc145555630\"><\/a><strong>Parking in the arrivals and departures hall at Schiphol<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Please note that it is strictly forbidden to park your vehicle in the arrivals and departures lobbies, except when using the valet service.<\/p>\n<p>Police controls are strict and <strong>fines can be heavy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc145555631\"><\/a><strong>Pay parking fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The easiest way to pay for parking is by credit card. You can insert your card into the cash dispenser as you enter the parking lot, without having to take a ticket.<\/p>\n<p>When you leave the parking lot, you can then use the same credit card to pay the charges. If you choose to take a ticket, you can <strong>pay the fee before collecting your car from one of the many vending machines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These machines accept credit cards and cash. If you have any problems using the machines, you can ask the special assistance service for help.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc145555632\"><\/a><strong>Valet parking at Schiphol<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you wish to use the Schiphol Valet Parking service, you can park your car in a special reserved section near the entrance to the departures hall and hand in your car keys at the dedicated desk in departures hall 2.<\/p>\n<p>An employee will then park your car in a secure area. On your return, <strong>your car will be waiting for you in the same place.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Schiphol valet parking can be booked online. If you use this service frequently, you can take out a subscription entitling you to a 10 % discount on parking charges.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc145555633\"><\/a><strong>Disabled parking<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All Amsterdam airport parking lots have special sections for disabled drivers, <strong>ideally located near the bus exit or stop.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Disabled drivers using wheelchairs can request free special assistance for transport to the terminal.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc145555634\"><\/a><strong>How safe is the airport parking lot?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All parking lots in <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjouramsterdam.fr\/en\/amsterdam-airport\/\">Amsterdam airport<\/a> are secured by video surveillance and regular police patrols.<\/p>\n<p>However, parking is always at your own risk and the airport cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred while using the facilities.<\/p>\n<p>There are several parking options for your car when you visit Schiphol airport.
